After the course, you should be able to understand how projects create value, and what affects their success. You will learn to assess the degree of success of projects, recognize different types of projects and choose the right method based on scope, degree of innovation and complexity.

You will get a thorough introduction to what agile and agile project management means in practice, and how this approach differs from traditional methods such as waterfalls. You will learn to use the values and principles of the agile manifesto to create flexible, learning and value-creating processes, and see how a hybrid approach can provide the best of both worlds.

Through Scrum, you will learn how agile projects are organized and executed. You'll gain insight into key roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, and development teams, and how they work together to deliver results in short cycles. You'll learn how to use tools such as product queues, user stories, and sprint goals, as well as how planning, daily meetings, and retrospectives contribute to continuous improvement.

Finally, you will gain an understanding of how other agile methodologies such as Lean and Kanban can supplement Scrum, and how you can create more flow, less waste, and higher value in your projects.
